Create a name and concept for a new luxurious housing development. The marketing had to be refined, stylish and inviting to instill a desire and reflect the schemes design and finishes.

INC created a name seeped in historic reference – Drumbridge Manor and introduced the client to Westbourne, Melbury, Linley and Fenton; a collection of four luxurious family homes. Each name is reflective of the affluent setting of the development. Drumbridge Manor is set on Belfast’s Malone Road, a suburb synonymous with prestige.
The brochure was inspired and enthused by the existing ‘sales material’ available at the time and as a result is the exception to the norm. INC proposed the use of a bold and reassuring aqua marine for the cover, selective white space and tranquil lifestyle photography for the interior. The result, a contemporary, coffee table style brochure, infused with classic design qualities. The brochure maps a journey from vision through to reality and describes, using both poetic language and imagery, the dream lifestyle afforded by Westbourne, Melbury, Linley and Fenton.
