Victoria Square, situated in the heart of Belfast’s Victorian rich landscape, has extended the city centre’s retail offering by as much as one third, in a multilevel pedestrianised street-scape with 800,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space.  INC Marketing have aided the development of the infantile VSQ brand in line with a strategic marketing and events brand development plan, based on market research results. Key events include Victoria Square’s VIP Student Event, with 17,000 students attending the annual event, October 2011. Victoria Square is now attaining a cult status, fostered and harnessed by INC Marketing.
